There are seven core exercises used in the Two to One curriculum. Prepare-Enrich also has supplemental exercises available for a deeper dive into a growth area with your couple.

You will find the names of the suggested exercises at the bottom of each category page on the Prepare-Enrich report. For example, under Communication, there is a supplemental exercise called Daily Dialogue.
