Many of us remember the song we sang as kids, “He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands.” That song holds some powerful truth. God is over everything. He is in control. And because he is a loving God who desires a personal relationship with us, we can trust that his plans for us are good. When the things we hoped for fall apart and our plans don’t work out, we can have peace in knowing God is in control.
