Advent Devotional
And He Shall Be Called
Before Jesus was born, entire nations and generations anticipated his arrival. They looked for him, waited for him, and hoped for him because of the promise of what he would change for them and the hope he would bring. The same Savior who was promised then is still promised to us today.
Over the next four weeks, we will look at some specific characteristics of this Savior who was promised to us in Isaiah 9:6. Each morning, Sunday through Friday, you will receive a text message with a link to that day’s devotional. We encourage you to create some space in your day to sit with these devotional thoughts for a few minutes without distraction.
It’s our desire that, as you read these, you would see Jesus in new ways and that hope would stir in you as you focus on all that his arrival makes possible for you.
