Your 5th grader will soon be headed to middle school. Whether you’re nervous, scared, or totally prepared, we want to make the transition easier.
Sunday, May 18, we’d love for you and your student to spend some time with us at Transit Test Drive. You’ll get a sneak peek into Transit, but shhh… don't tell your 5th grader. It’s a surprise!
How it works:
- On May 18, drop your student off in their UpStreet room during their usual service time.
- Head to the Student Building to be a part of the surprise! (Heads-up, it involves a human tunnel that 5th graders will run through to get to Transit!)
- After you and your student experience a Transit service, stick around for a quick, parents-only meeting with Jean. Your 5th grader will head back to UpStreet for small group.
- Pick up your student in UpStreet afterward.
Give each other a high-five. You’ve both made it to middle school!
