Join us for a phone-free community event designed to bring parents together to expand awareness and spark honest, hopeful conversations about raising emotionally resilient kids in the digital age. It’s an afternoon grounded in community, research, and a shared desire to support the next generation.

We'll be screening Screenagers: The Next Chapter, a powerful documentary that explores the rising stress, anxiety, and depression in today’s youth—and what families can do to foster resilience, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

After the film, we’ll hold a short, guided conversation for parents (along with middle and high schoolers!) to reflect together in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

This event is open to parents, caregivers, and children in 6th grade and up.
